QuickCall Services: from a nightly calculator to weekly payroll in Kepsio
QuickCall Services LLC is a lawn care and landscaping company in the greater Augusta, Georgia area. Its owner, Jason Marriner, built Kepsio for his own crews, so this is the company that has used it the longest.
Before: evenings with a calculator
QuickCall already paid its crews by performance, but Jason worked out the math by hand. One Friday evening in July he was still calculating labor percentage for four crews who had finished their routes an hour earlier. The system he had built himself was costing the company money without him noticing.
He spent two months trying to fix it with a spreadsheet. That did not solve it, so he built Kepsio instead.

After: weekly payroll numbers
Kepsio now calculates QuickCall's crew pay, bonuses and labor percentage from the hours the crews log. It also tracks callbacks, so the crew that caused a redo and the crew that fixed it are both accounted for.

In Jason's words
I used to spend my evenings with a calculator working out crew pay. Now Kepsio does it, and my evenings came back.
